aussieBum My Day Brief- A Men’s Underwear Review

I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing aussieBum in the past, but these are probably my favorite out of all the aBs I’ve tried! The recent release of the aussieBum My Day collection peaked my interest when I first saw them; wearing them affirmed their appeal. Ok, I might have been 8 the last time that I days of the week on my underwear, but just like wearing cartoon characters or funky colors, it’s all about the fun of it. Wearing My Day underwear brings you back to the joys of childhood. And hey, for some guys maybe it’ll really help them know what day it is. 
Aside from the youthful nature of these briefs, they were incredibly comfortable and well made. The My Day briefs are made from a wonderfully soft blend of 92% Cotton and 8% Elastane. The quality of the material is second to none. The combination of the two materials, Cotton and Elastane, also provides fabric with just enough stretch to mold to your body, and parts, while still giving you the quality comfort of cotton.
Quality continues in the the stitching in the seams and in the leg openings. They playful day of the week is displayed boldly across the waistband in color-coding fashion – in case you don’t bother to read the label you’ll still know the day. The waistband was comfortable and well constructed.
In front, I found a rather comfortable pouch - as I often do with aussieBum. The cut of the brief is that of a lowrise, as you can see from the picture below. The look of the lowrise and the comfortable feel of the pouch are sure to make you happy.
For my butt, I was delighted to find a full seat. All to often in lowrise briefs you have to give up some rear coverage. In the aussieBum My Day briefs, I had plenty of material to keep these comfortable and allowing them to stay in place – no riding up. As I mentioned earlier, there is just enough stretch in the material to form to the body. As you can see in the pictures, and I noticed in person, the fabric weaves nicely across your butt, creating a rather sexy posterior.

aussieBum Bondi Series Makes Top 10 List!
Inspired by Bondi Beach, aussieBum just released this awesome new range. Menswear Review was the only place you could find the pre-lease leak of the new Bondi Series – well, at least the first 
The new Bondi Series is definitely a retro look with a surfwear print twist. The Bondi Series are a shorter swim trunk, very similar in length to aB’s Scent Ocean range. In my opinion, they are still in the comfort zone for modesty for guys that aren’t quite ready to move to square-cut trunks but would like them a bit shorter than the traditional boardies. The Bondi Surf Series rests about mid-thigh.
As always, I really enjoy the colors and patterns they roll out. The Bondi Surf Series will come in three different colors/designs: Black with blue and white florals (Sand), Blue with orange and white florals (Sun), and Light Blue with red florals (Surf). all of the designs utilize white piping around the legs and sides, giving them the retro look.
Enjoy the Surf, Sun or Sand in these awesome retro swim shorts. The Bondi Series are truly fabulous swim shorts and can easily recommend these to you. Enjoy.

Aussiebum’s 2010 Celebrate Valentine’s Day Underwear Review
Aussiebum’s 2010 Valentine’s Day Celebrate Collection is simply awesome! I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing the Celebrate brief and boxer. My Monday started out as a gloomy rainy day but changed quickly when my Aussiebum package arrived just as I was pulling out of the driveway. I, of course, had to pull back in and change just so I could try these out today. Really, what better way to turn around a gloomy Monday than to wear a pair of fun Aussiebum briefs?
Without a doubt the playful, sassy designs will grab your attention. When I first pulled the briefs out of the packaging I immediately had to check what they were made out of because they looked so silky. The joy doesn’t stop there. The brief is made from 75% polyester/25% elastane which gives it the silky look while providing comfortable stretch. The fabric’s silky sheen also provides a silky feel on. The quality of the brief is quite evident as you look at the stitching of the waist band and leg bands. The waistband is incredibly comfortable, as are the leg bands. I found the leg bands to hold the brief in place nicely without being overly binding. The cut of the brief allows the brief to sit just right on your body. Combining the cut and fabric, the briefs support you, accentuate your form, and feel great on.

Aussiebum Bamboo
I recently tried the Aussiebum Bamboo Brief. You may recall that I reviewed the Aussiebum Wonderjock earlier, which I liked; what I love is their Bamboo brief. The fabric (78% Bamboo,12% Nylon,10% Spandex) is really quite comfortable. While there isn’t a pouch, per se, but there is plenty of room up front. The material holds you nicely without being constricting. I also like that it’s single layer – I tend to like that better in underwear designs. The nice thing about bamboo fabric is that you can sweat in them without the odor other materials get. Overall, a fantastic pair of underwear for a night out, daily wear, or the gym.

Aussiebum Wonderjock Brief
The Aussiebum Wonderjock Brief is not what I had hoped it would be. The material is very comfortable, has good butt coverage, but the “wonder” part of it isn’t all that comfortable. Basically, you place your manhood into a little pouch that helps to lift it up and out. This was fine when I was just walking around, but when I wore them all day at the office, the inside pouch caused my balls to pull too much. I ended up taking myself out of the interior pouch. This was fine, then but was a bit bulky and defeats the purpose. If you’re out and about and not sitting at a desk all day, they’re fine and really do a fabulous job enhancing things.
I’ve heard good reviews on their other products, like Flaunt, and will likely try those too. I’m anticipating the pouch to me more comfortable for all day wear.
