Groovin’ Thong: a Menswear Review

Groovin’ is a Japanese designed and inspired masculine brand. The Groovin’ Thong part of their Kinetics range injects fun and vibrancy into your world. Don’t forget to look at their other Groovin’ designs that have been reviewed on Menswear Review. They are available in a range of colours that will add some fun to your wardrobe. They are available in red, purple, pink, black, green, orange, white, blue and yellow. There are enough colours to have a different one for each day of the week.
This thong is definitely on the briefer side, although, their design is something that actually attracted me. They are a high quality design with material that is super soft to wear and your body will love you for it. There is no waistband as such, rather it features a 0.5” waistband which helps to accentuate the sheerness to the garment. The design features a fuller brief with a thong rear view. The pouch uses a center and side seams to add some definition to your pouch. They look totally cute and for smaller or slimmer guys out there, I am sure you will love them and your partner will be awe how great you look in them.
Unfortunately for me that were a little too brief for my liking. I wore a medium and found that there was not enough room to hold my low hangers and substantial shaft. They are definitely not designed for larger endowed guys out there. I found that for western guys out there, Groovin’ needs to make the pouch much larger. My boys could not even fit into the thong – not a very sexy look at all.
The thong is made from a blend of Nylon (92%) and Lycra (8%), which helps to create further definition for your tackle. They are tight enough to provide support for your goods yet not too tight that it cuts off circulation. The rear of the garment actually feels very comfortable not like some other thongs on the market. The rear of the garment creates a very sexy definition of your buttocks. I loved the fact that the pouch is more brief-like.
They are very well constructed and machined. There are no flaws in the production of this garment: no stray threads, some great overlocking to create a very neat and presentable thong. They would be perfect for quick drying and wear again very quickly. If you are a guy that has a tight, smaller package these would be perfect.

Groovin’ Thong is a modern and fresh design that would look great on guys with the right body shape. You need to definitely size up with this product. Normally I wear a small, wore a medium and really needed to go large. I love the vibrant colour choices. They are a must for guys that love their thongs. Groovin’ String Bikini – A Men’s Underwear Review
With my now fourth review of Groovin’ men’s underwear, I have a pretty good feel for the brand and am quite pleased. I loved my Groovin’ Cup Boxer, Groovin’ Lowrise Hip Brief and Groovin’ Lowrise Wide Waistband Brief, and now … I have had the chance to review their String Bikini. The Groovin’ String Bikini is a very skimpy pair of men’s underwear – obvious considering the name. The String Bikini is made from the same material as the Cup Boxer Brief, Lowrise Hip Brief and Lowrise Wide Waistband Brief I reviewed earlier- 92% Nylon, 8% Lycra blend. While skimpy, the material is very stretchy and molds to all of your manhood nicely.
Being a string bikini cut, you are obviously going to sacrifice some coverage. While the pouch is comfortable and covers you nicely, the rear seat is just a tad small. When buying a string bikini, I often find this to be the case – sometimes you need to sacrifice a little for a sexy look.
All in all, these are a sexy little pair of men’s underwear. I am a huge fan of Groovin’ and haven’t been disappointed yet. While the String Bikini is a bit too skimpy for my daily wear collection, it can certainly find a spot for a fun night out (or in). I can recommend them to you as a sexy, well made string bikini.

Groovin’ Cup Boxer Brief – A Men’s Underwear Review
Now on my third review of Groovin’ men’s underwear, I continue to be greatly pleased. I loved my Groovin’ Lowrise Hip Brief and Groovin’ Lowrise Wide Waistband Brief, and now … I love my Groovin’s Cup Boxer Brief. For a bit more about Groovin’, check out the post about the brand.
The Groovin’ Cup Boxer Brief is not only incredibly sexy, but also incredibly comfortable too!! The fit and finish of Cup Boxer Brief is in line with the Lowrise Hip Brief and Lowrise Wide Waistband Brief I reviewed earlier. The boxer brief is made from Groovin’s 92% Nylon, 8% Lycra blend they’ve used in their other ranges. The material, has a bit of a shine to it and is silky soft. The added bonus of this material is that it is very stretchy and molds to all of your curves – highlighting your manhood nicely.
Do not fear the lowrise! While buying lowrise can sometimes mean you’re sacrificing comfort, this is not the case for Groovin’. The Cup Boxer Brief sits comfortably at your hips for all day comfort and allowing you to enjoy the sexiness of a lowrise.
For the pouch is simply wonderful. While the stretchy nature of the fabric will allows for variations in one’s pouch size, the Cup Boxer Brief has a well defined pouch to support you and accentuate your package. While I don’t see it as an option now, I really hope Groovin’ ads a Cup brief; Once your boys are nested comfortably inside, they won’t want to leave. Oh, who am I kidding, they’ll want to leave with a little persuasion, but will be happy to go back afterward.
All in all, these are an incredibly sexy, comfortable, fun pair of underwear. This particular style, the Cup Boxer Brief, and Groovin’s other styles are on list of favorites. I can easily recommend them to you. I’ll be posting a review on their string bikini soon so look for that too.

Groovin’ Lowrise Wide Waistband Brief – A Men’s Underwear Review
Last week, I wrote about the Goovin‘ , a relative newcomer to men’s underwear. This Japanese owned company specializing in men’s underwear.
Goovin‘ tells me that they look to accentuate the male form through fun, vibrant styles. And, after reviewing two styles now, I say, SCORE! My first review of Groovin’ men’s underwear was on their Lowrise Hip Brief, which I loved. This review is on the Groovin’ Lowrise Wide Waistband Brief.
The Groovin’ Lowrise Wide Waistband Brief is just launching and will be in stores soon. The pair I reviewed was a very attractive purple pair. The Lowrise Wide Waistband brief is very similar to the regular Lowrise Hip Brief I reviewed earlier. The fit and finish of the material, backside, and pouch are near identical – yippee! The main difference between the two is really the wider waistband.
The Groovin’ Lowrise Wide Waistband Hip Brief is made from a blend of 92% nylon and 8% lycra – creating the same soft fabric as I loved in the regular Lowrise Hip Brief. I love the bit of a shine that these have to it.
Being lowrise could be problamatic, but not for Groovin’. With the regular Lowrise Hip Brief and the Wide Waistband Lowrise Hip Brief, they sit comfortably at your hips and have full butt coverage.
For the pouch, it was very comfortable. The stretchy nature of the fabric will allows for variations in one’s pouch size and supported me well. On bonus feature of the soft stretchy material Groovin‘ uses, is that the material does mold to your manhood to offer an aesthetically pleasing look.
All in all, these are a sexy, comfortable, fun pair of underwear. This particular style, the Lowrise Brief, and Groovin’s other styles are on list of favorites. I can easily recommend them to you. I’ll be posting a review on their string bikini and their cup boxer soon too.
I don’t have a price on the WideWaistband yet, but the regular waistband was quite reasonably priced at $16.99 (USD), a great value for the money.

Groovin’ Lowrise Hip Brief – A Men’s Underwear Review
A week ago or so, I wrote about Goovin‘, a relative newcomer to men’s underwear. This Japanese owned company specializing in men’s underwear.
The Groovin’ Lowrise Hip Brief comes in some fun vibrant colors. The pair I tried was in a very vibrant orange – a fun color for summertime. The lowrise hip brief is made from a blend of 92% nylon and 8% lycra. Being a nylon/lycra blend, the fabric is quite soft with a bit of a shine to it – nice bonus when you compliment with the vibrant colors.
When I look at the pictures, knowing they were lowrise, I wasn’t sure how they’d fit. Well, I must say, they were fantastic. While being lowrise, they were extremely comfortable with where they rested on my hips, and (hooray) they have full rear-end coverage!
For the pouch, they were perfect for me. Between the way they are assembled, in combination with the fabric, I head plenty of room and was full supported. The stretchy nature of the fabric will certainly allow for variations in one’s pouch size.
All in all, these are a sexy, comfortable, fun pair of underwear. I’m actually wearing the Groovin’ Wide Waist Lowrise Hip Brief today and am equally satisfied, look for a review on those soon. This particular style, the Lowrise Brief, and Groovin’s other styles are on list of favorites. I can easily recommend them to you. Quite reasonably priced at $16.99 (USD), they’re a great value for the money.
