McKillop Classic 2.0 Mesh Jock Review
A little over a year ago, I wrote my first review of the McKillop Jock and pouch just as they were getting started – you can read the review of the McKillop 1.5 here or the McKillop no. 3 pouch review here. It’s always fun to come back to an up-and-coming brand after they’ve had a year under their belts (no pun intended – well maybe a little).
Today, I’m please to report on the McKillop Classic 2.0 Mesh Pouch; boy oh boy am I glad I came back to McKillop for a second look. My first reviews of McKillop were good with a few suggestions as a new brand. Today, my suggestions and those of their customers have been incorporated into their latest designs. The McKillop No. 2.0 Pouch I tried was the black mesh; now you probably know by now I’m a huge fan of mesh when constructed well.
The McKillop U/W Classic 2.0 Pouch is made from a sheer, breathable mesh material. The material selection and quality of workmanship is high. The mesh was soft and comfortable and made from a blend of 90% cotton and 10% spandex and comes in white or black – I chose black.
The overall comfort of the pouch was wonderful. Under jeans I prefer the feel of the McKillop pouch over that of a thong or jock. You have support and comfort with a freedom feeling. You might expect an overly free feeling, but I can say the pouch, especially when worn with the support ring keeps things in place. I found myself wearing the pouch with and without the support ring and was equally comfortable. If you’re looking for a little lift, the support ring (made of cloth) will do the trick.
All-in-all, I was very happy with my McKillop U/W 2.0 Pouch. Comfort, quality, and style have all come together for a fantastic piece of underwear. At $23 they’re not cheap, but you get what you pay for – quality that is, not coverage. 
I can easily recommend these to you. If you’re a jock or thong fan, you’ll love the freedom and comfort of the McKillop pouch.
Also, I have my hands on their lasted addition – the McKillop Pouch made from Modal!! Can’t wait for the review – stay tuned….

Gregg Homme Pump Up Jock: a Men’s Underwear Review

Gregg has done it again – he has pumped up his design and it will definitely pump up the look of your package while adding extra comfort. The Pump Up collection features Advanced Enhancing Technology to help boost your bulge. The crossed elastic microfibre pouch not only makes it more comfortable to wear but creates further definition for your tackle. You will love the way you look in these beauties!!
The Pump Up Jock does exactly what the name suggests. The Pump Up Jock features soft elastic waistband with the Gregg Homme logo repeated across the waistband. The waistband is ultra-comfortable with no scratching or digging in, as sometimes happens. The design is your typical jock however a quite a bit more stylish than other brands such as Bike. The lightweight material used throughout the jock makes this very cool to wear in the summer months and would be prefect for those “jocks” out there. They are available in white or black with a bright red waistband, leg straps and g-string. The classic jock has taken a modern approach with the typical leg straps commonly found with jocks but with the addition of a g-string. The leg straps are connected to the briefs making it appear as if they are not jocks from the front. I found this unique and something that took a bit to get used to. However, the 1.5” leg straps were a bit tight and tended to cut into my legs. Additionally the g-string was a little too loose. The overall design of the garment is to profile and lift your butt – which it does magnificently. I do think there is a bit too much going on, however, it does help to provide great shape to your butt. So, it really comes down to a personal preference.
The Gregg Homme Pump Up Jock is made from a blend of Polyamide (73%) and Spandex (27%). The lightweight Polyamide material together with the elasticity of the Spandex provides total comfort for the wearer. It molds to your shape and creates manly definition especially in the pouch. The workmanship on this product is flawless with no stray cottons or mismatches in the material. Gregg Homme is total quality and one brand that all men should have in their underwear draw.

These are perfect for guys that love their jocks yet want something a little bit different where you will still look like a rock star in the gym. Your rear will look absolutely sweet in these babies!! I wore a small and they fit but there was a little too much room in them; however, my partner wore them and they were perfect on. I would be going for a smaller size than you would normally wear just to be safe.

N2N Bodywear Waistband Jock – a Men’s Underwear Review
Over the past year, I’ve reviewed a number item from N2N’s 2010 Collection. While today’s review is not a new item for N2N, it’s definitely worth looking at. I’ve always been keen on the Waistband Collection and after my review of the Waistband Trunk, Waistband Brief, and Waistband Bikini, I was looking forward to reviewing the Waistband Jock.
Made from a quality Cotton (90%) / Spandex (10%) blend, same as the rest of the Waistband collection, I found the material to be the traditional cottony soft. The mix of Spandex N2N uses adds the needed stretch and retention missing from 100% cotton. The combination of the two works very well together and is an appropriate mix for comfort and support.
One of things make the Waistband Collection a hit is the pouch design. The pouch is contoured to provide support and 
comfort. Your package fits comfortably in the pouch and is accented with the contrasting color details.White or black with red highlights is really a sharp combo. While jocks often hold things in for sport, the Waistband Jock has a bit more room without eliminating its functionality as a sport jock. For my purposes, I’d likely wear this more as a fashion jock than for sport, but you could wear it for either.
For the straps, I think it is this that sets it apart from some of the other jocks I’ve tried. The jockstraps are wrapped in the cotton material rather than the typical elastic bands. What this creates is the usefulness of the elastic for support and retention, but the cotton adds incredible comfort over the feeling you typically have from straight elastic straps. For me, this puts the N2N Waistband Jock as one of my all-time favorite jocks.
Overall, I love the N2N Waistband Jock. I can confidently recommend these to you and have and are, like I said, one of my favorites. I think you’ll be very pleased with these.
Reasonably priced at $10 (USD) you can’t go wrong, they’re a great buy (normally $18)!

N2N Twilight and Freedom Jocks – A Men’s Underwear Review
A few month’s ago, I wrote about N2N Bodywear’s latest collections – Twilight and Freedom. Both are identical to each other
with color combos being the difference between the two collections. Most recently, I’ve had the opportunity to review both the Twilight Jock and the Freedom Jock. What’s nice about N2N is that you have some choice in the color palettes depending on your mood or taste. For me, I really like both collections. Sometimes, I’m in the mood for the bright bold colors of the Freedom Collection (red, white and blue), while other times, I want the more somber colors of the Twilight Collection (black, heather, and white) - particularly for matching my outfit for the day/evening.
The Twilight and Freedom Jocks are made from a wonderfully soft cotton/spandex blend – creating a soft ribbed cottony feel with just the right amount of stretch and body forming characteristics. I really like how the pouch of these jocks support you without being overly restrictive. The jock straps are fairly typical for a jock and fit comfortably without cutting in to my skin. The stitching of the straps to the pouch is well done and evidence of N2N’s commitment to quality.
These jocks are fully functional as jocks while still being stylish enough to wear as fashion jocks (under jeans and as daily wear). I am the kind of guy that likes to wear a jock when working out or playing sports. I’m also the kind of guy that likes to wear jocks as simply daily wear. I found the N2N Bodywear Twilight and Freedom jocks to be perfect for both. I would, though, tend to say these are more of a fashion jock as they aren’t as tight fitting as some of my other jocks to keep your junk under control during heavy sports.
All-in-all, you really can’t go wrong with either of these jocks. Whether you prefer the Twilight colors of black, heather or white or you prefer the bright bold blue, red or white of the Freedom Jock, you’ll be quite happy with your purchase

Jockstrap Central Adds PPU Jocks
Be sure to check out the latest addition to Jockstrap Central: PPU Jockstraps. PPU has created quite the visually stunning jockstrap, incorporating a couple of unique and effective features.
Like all jockstraps, the elastic leg straps join up to the waistband but these straps continue parallel until they meet the pouch forming a sexy slit. Both the duo-colored 1 inch leg straps and 1.5 inch waistband with PPU logo incorporated into it are made of a super-soft plushed elastic and are extremely comfortable.
The mostly cotton pouch has a hint of spandex for shape retention and includes a striking contrasting piping around the outside. We have the new PPU jockstraps in black and white or orange and black.

I have worn many jock style underwear in my life, from the typical standard white jock strap worn for high school sports, to the extremely skimpy style with the thin back strings that are for looks and sex appeal, but I have never worn a jock that combines the attributes of both styles so comfortably. That is exactly what the Timoteo Sport Jock Provides.
This comfortable jock is made of 96% cotton and 4% spandex with a wide waist band that is snug but does not pinch or grab. The rear straps are well made and wide enough to not bite into your cheeks and cause irritation or pinching, and the straps are attached at such a spot as to not ride “up” and cause a wedgie. The pouch is well shaped and provides plenty of support during athletic activities and I loved the black and red color scheme with the hint of yellow and white.
What makes the Timoteo Sport Jock different is that it is not only sexy and attractive, but is also very functional as an actual jock strap. I wore the Sport Jock for an entire day from early morning till the end of the evening with a night out with my partner.
I was impressed with the comfort level all day, no wedgie, no pinching, and at the same time felt sexy and exotic. The second time I wore the Timoteo Sport Jock I played 3 extremely tough and well-fought games of indoor volleyball. The Jock provided all the comfort and support I could have asked for. In fact I did not even think about the Sport Jock while I was playing, no constant adjusting or uncomfortable pinching, and we won the match!
Overall I really enjoyed reviewing the Timoteo Sport Jock, excellent comfort level with wonderful support mixed with just the right amount of sex appeal! Put a pair on and go out and be Sporty!

Good Devil Preview Jock Strap – A Men’s Underwear Review

As the brand name implies, these underwear did make me feel like a “good devil”. I thoroughly enjoyed wearing the Preview Jock. They fit pretty much like a normal jock-strap, with a supportive pouch in the front and open in the back except for the two straps in the rear that connect the pouch to the ultra comfortable waist band. The waist band and straps are very soft compared to a jock purchased at a normal sporting goods store. They gave me no discomfort at all and fit nicely.
Now for the “devilish” part, the front pouch. The front has a pouch that really has the support of a normal jock; however it’s designed to give any onlooker a “preview” of the wearer’s assets. It is made with a polyester-spandex blend material that has a metallic shimmer on the outside. On the inside of the pouch is a plain black material that is very soft and comfortable. The open strapped design allows a sexy devilish peak at what is inside. The straps are just as soft and comfortable as the elastic waist band. I wore them both under athletic wear and jeans. I felt them to be more comfortable under the softer athletic wear than jeans primarily because with the semi-open front pouch the exposed skin rubs against the inside of the trouser or jeans and causes some discomfort.
They seem very well made, but do require extra care. Hand wash and lay flat to dry. Not really a big deal, but felt it was worth mentioning. I am a size 31 waist and wore a Medium.
I really enjoyed the over-all design and sex appeal provided in this one of a kind jock. They are very comfortable and sexy worn alone and a great way to show off at the gym.

Sheer Maximizer Jocks now at Jockstrap Central
Gregg Homme’s sheer Maximizer Jockstrap is now available at Jockstrap Central The jock is actually a combination of jock and string and they are an outrageously sexy and visually stunning jockstrap. The jock is loaded with features for the man with no inhibitions and everything to show for it.
Starting with the front: Two criss-crossing pieces of fabric form a bulge lifting pouch with an opening slit that’s filled with a completely see-through stretch mesh to cradle your boys. A band of that same mesh joins the pouch to jockstrap leg strap just below the one inch waistband adding to the visual appeal.
Moving around to the back, you’ll not only find two extra wide “Butt Lifting” straps made from a sturdy yet comfortable elastic but also a thin strap running down the center from the waistband, splitting your ass cheeks and ending up at the base of the front pouch. Vented triangles of fabric run between the top of the leg straps and waistband for a final touch of visual bliss.

Aware Soho Speed Racer Jockstrap – A Men’s Underwear Review
Comfortable. Aware SOHO have created a sexy yet comfortable jockstrap
in basic black with a very modern 1.5” waistband. The waistband features the
AWARE SOHO brand in the front centre panel with horizontal stripes of bright
pink, brilliant blue and white stripes on a black background. This adds to the
charm of a modern yet sophisticated jockstrap.
Front: Aware SOHO have constructed the jockstrap
out of cotton (95%) and Elastane (5%). By adding the Elastane to the fabric, it
allows the pouch to mould nicely around your package and makes it look more
enticing for any possible suitor. However, the pouch needs to be larger for
those of us that are larger endowed. I noticed that if you become too excited
that it does not quite hold your package enough. Although, I wore the jockstrap
to work all day and felt well supported throughout day. This would be a
fantastic jockstrap when mucking around with hot guys on the basketball court
or while exercising at the gym.
underwear, the straps are not too tight. Rather, the straps help to shape your
buttocks and frame them nicely. The straps are wide enough and do not dig in
even with wearing the jockstrap for the whole day. Although, I did need to
adjust the straps a couple of times.
where you will you will be the centre of attention. The basic black jockstrap
with the vibrant colours in the waistband will continue to look great even
after considerable wear. However, one downfall coming from Australia is the
sizing. Normally I wear SMALL jockstraps, however, like other brands like Bike
I have needed to wear a larger size. This is the case with Aware SOHO where I
needed to wear a LARGE jockstrap. If you are going to buy one remember to try
and size up slightly.

Aware SOHO needs to spend some more time in the machining of the product. There
are several instances across the garment where the stitching is starting to
unravel, especially in the pouch and at the sides where the straps are
attached.

McKillop U/W Jock – A Review
Over the years I’ve tried a number of jockstraps. Some I wear simply for fashion sake and some I wear for sports. Rarely am I able to wear one for both needs – until now. A relatively new men’s underwear brand, McKillop U/W, has two styles of jocks – a 1.5″ and a 3″ waistband. I was fortunate enough to try their 1.5″ jock and their 3″ pouch (which I’ll review later today).
The McKillop No 1.5 Jock is their thin waistband jock. The jock is made from a soft mesh blend of 86% polyester/14% spandex. The mesh offers just enough to peak the interest of observers yet maintain a masculine look to it. The 1.5 jock is available in white and orange – I hope to see some additional colors as McKillop expands their line. Word has it that McKillop U/W is coming out with a sheer line which should be exciting to see.
On fit and comfort I was quite pleased. While I wear jocks for sports, I really like to wear jocks in the summer to keep things cool (or hot depending on how you look at it, wink) and when I wear white shorts. I found the McKillop jock to be very comfortable – more so than many other brands I’ve tried. The jock’s leg straps fit perfectly on me – just under my cheeks to life and provide comfort. I’ve found other brands to sometimes have the straps ride too high where they cross my rear rather than lift my buns. The pouch was very roomy and supported me well. For the waistband, it isn’t anything flashy but does the job wonderfully. The waistband sat nicely on me and was comfortable. Being a thin waistband I was worried it would cut into me, but it didn’t at all.
All in all, I can confidently say this is one of my favorite jocks to wear – one because it looks great and two because it serves as a real jock (not just for show). I would highly recommend this to others. Hang on before buying until you read my post later today on their pouch – you’ll want to buy both!
