It has been said that inspiration can be found in the smallest of details. And that is exceptionally true for Croota Underwear’s newest range of men’s underwear, “Rasta Amsterdam,” which was created by Croota’s Creative Director after a visit to Amsterdam and after viewing a creative magazine image of a puff of multi-colored cannabis smoke.

The “Rasta Amsterdam” Lo-Rise range of men’s trunks pulls elements from both the Jamaican-born Rastafari Movement, and the world’s most liberal city by incorporating the colors of the former flag of Ethiopia, which is associated with the Rastafari “Way of Life,” and elements of the flag of Amsterdam.

“After a recent visit to Amsterdam, I was determined to create something that could bring two inspiring cultures to my brand,” said Sang Croota, the brand’s Creative Director. “And I felt that developing a range of underwear based on an international subculture could translate into something guys could celebrate.”

Set against the (95%) black cotton and (5%) spandex blend, the unique green, yellow and red colors symbolic of cannabis culture are also accompanied by three Saint Andrews Crosses found in the heraldic shield of the coat of arms of Amsterdam. The Dutch words “Heldhaftig, Vastberaden and Barmhartig” (Heroic, Determined, Merciful) are also included as design elements on the range. The “Rasta Amsterdam” Lo-rise trunk retails for $21.90 USD.

Croota Underwear (www.croota.com) entered American shores in 2011 and quickly gained ground in the highly saturated men’s underwear market. It seems nowadays that a new underwear brand is popping up each month – some of them good or not so much.  Agacio is one of those brands to launch of the course of this past year.

If you’re new to Agacio, they are a brand which emphasizes practicality, comfort and fabric. The Agacio range features several styles including a jockstrap, low-rise boxer brief, basic boxer brief, low-rise brief , basic brief, basic bikini (what this review is on) and thong.

The brand’s creative design team devised the Agacio underwear collection when trying to come up with a solution to uncomfortable underwear. “Tired of wearing underwear that either flattens your pouch or has you adjusting yourself all day because it is unbearable, the Agacio designers came up with the most comfortable underwear ever,” said Joel Gandara, owner of the Underwear Station, which oversees the brand. “Quality, comfort and fit were the most important features that the guys were looking to create, yet keeping the designs stylish.”  After trying several different pairs of Agacio, I think they nailed it!

Agacio reminds me of other enhancing and ergonomic brands currently on the market. Essentially what the pouch design allows for is a natural fit with a slight lift for your package. For daily wear or for an evening out, you will find these VERY comfortable.  If wanting to wear these for sports, I think I’d hold off due to the free-hangining pouch design.

The Agacio Basics Bikini is a super comfortable, sexy bikini. Agacio comes in fairly standard colors (royal, turquoise, red, black, white and grey) for a masculine look.  Being a bikini style, you get the sexy minimalistic look.  Combine that with the enhancing pouch and you took the look to a whole new level. The material used is a luxuriously soft 96% Modal/4% Spandex blend.  This gives you a soft, skin-like feeling with just the right amount of stretch.

The Agacio Bikini features a black contrast waistband with metallic Agacio logo on front.  The waistband is a soft, lightweight material and narrower at  1 3/8″.

All-in-all, I can definitely recommend these to you.  If you’re looking for something with a bit more coverage, try one of the other Agacio styles (more reviews to come).

The N2N Bodywear Air Collection is one of their best releases yet. The Air Collection is made from a soft, silky blend of 60% polyester / 32% rayon / 8% spandex. The material is light to the touch and has just a bit of sheen to give it a high-end look. Using a narrow 3/4″ waistband, the N2N Air Collection provides a sophisticated sexy look.

The Air Brief cut provides you a bit more coverage than the bikini, but not as much as the trunk.  The cut leaves you with a full back, narrow sides, and a sexy, masculine look.  I absolutely love the Air Collection’s choice of material.  As a silky blend of material, the fabric drapes over you for a loose, comfortable fit while gently showing the curves of your manhood through the ultra thin fabric.  I found myself wearing these, and other items in the Air Collection, whenever possible.  Without a doubt, these are one of the post comfortable pair of briefs I’ve worn. N2N has certainly hit a home run with the Air Brief.

By now, you probably can guess from my N2N reviews that I’m an ongoing fan of N2N Bodyware.  I can honestly say that everything I’ve tried of theirs has fit fantastically. Today’s review is no different.

The N2N Quantum collection uses a striking blend of white, black, charcoal and orange.  The Quantum collection is made from the same soft cotton/spandex blend – which means you get a soft ribbed cottony feel without the bagginess of 100% cotton – as their Freedom and Twilight Collections. The pouch was quite comfortable and formed nicely to my package – which allowed me to be comfortable all day in these.

The Quantum Brief features  a 1.5″ braided waistband which was soft and comfortable. As I typically find with N2N there was full rear-end coverage – a key comfort factor.
Overall, I found the Quantum Brief to be a comfortable, masculine men’s underwear. I can confidently recommend these to you and have placed them on my favorites list.
