UnderFit V-Neck Undershirt Review

About

As I wrote in my previous post, for quite some time I've been on the hunt for the perfect men's undershirt.  As a guy who wears a business suit nearly every day, finding a quality, comfortable undershirt is quite important to me.  I was frustrated about undershirts that either ballooned-up on me or kept coming untucked. In an effort to find an undershirt long enough to stay tucked, I looked at buying Tall lengths Рthis, unfortunately left me with a ballooning effect and too much length!

I reviewed highly popular stay-tucked brands like Tommy John and Ribbed Tee and was pretty happy with what I found.

My latest discovery, UnderFit, brings me as close to perfection.  Last week I wrote a glowing review on the UnderFit Crew Neck undershirt.  Today's review is on the UnderFit V-Neck Undershirt

What We Liked

What didn't I like is the better question! I tend to steer away from v-neck shirts as all too often I find where the neck line rests on my neck is too low I feel like I'm constantly bothered (I hate tags for this very same reason – perhaps it's a tactile sensitivity). I can sincerely say the UnderFit V-Neck sits perfectly on my neck (similar to the crew neck). The comfort of the neck's material and binding was equally as comfortable. The v-neck dips low in on the chest, making it easy to wear it under an opened button-down shirt.

Next, the length of the undershirt functioned exactly as promised. The shirt stayed in place all-day without any adjustments. The overall fit of the undershirt was also spot on. The material hugged my body, relieving me of the ballooning look so many other undershirts leave me.  While it hugged my body, it hugged it comfortably and without restriction.

The material used is a silky-soft blend of 95% ProModal and 5% Lycra.

Suggestions for Improvement

Writing suggestions for improvement is really hard to make as I can't find anything that I'd change other than perhaps they could pre-wash before sending them to you (there is a new material scent)! I'd also like to see other colors produced – grey, black, etc…

Overall

I've tested this shirt multiple times now and each time it has felt incredibly comfortable, along with staying in place under my dress shirts. When I look at pricing, I look for value over price.  At $25 a shirt (discounts if you buy more than 1) these are an incredible value and less expensive than other high-end undershirts.

Stay tuned for the v-neck review coming soon!
