A few days ago, I wrote a review on the Croota Star Tang hipster. I had nothing but glorious things to say about the Croota Star Tang Hipter. Today's review on the Blue Tang hipster is just as stellar.
Fit: As I wrote about the Star Tang, I don't think I could have asked for a better fit. The Blue Tang fit me quite well all around. The pouch provided me adequate room for support and comfort. The use of 95% cotton/5% polyurethane was a great material choice as it aided in the overall comfort and fit of the pouch and hipster all around. As a hipster, there was full rear coverage (just like the Star Tang), which allows for all-day comfort. The cut of the Croota hipsters really highlights your butt and will definitely get you noticed. As a lowerise hipster it sits low on your waist and has short legs. The super soft waistband sat just right and the legs were nice and short to provide coverage without having to worry about the legs riding up. All around, I was very comfortable.
Style: For style, I really liked the look of the Blue Tang. The stylish waistband, “Croota” splashed across your butt, the cut that highlights you butt. The denim look of the material was unique and gave a sexy sheen. I also enjoyed the use of 3 stitched lines at the base of the buttocks to highlight the curves. I know I'll talk about quality in a bit, but the use of stitching instead of iron-on lines is a significant indicator of quality – spend the money on quality production instead of taking the cheap approach.
Fabric: Croota's fabric choice for the Blue Tang was superb. The material selection, denim look, and color selection made for a wonderful hipster. In looking closely at their choice of materials, it is quite evident they've gone with a high quality grade. The Blue Tang comes in denim blue, grey, or black (the color I tried).
Quality: High quality stitching and material choice was quite evident – from waistband to seams. Without a doubt, this is a high-end brand — without the high-end price tag!
Where to buy: You can buy Croota directly from their website at www.croota.com
To summarize the entire review, as I did with the Star Tang, is best stated as continuing to identify Croota as being in my top 5 list of favorite brands!
